Tyler’s ONE Year Pictures!

Oh my sweet Tyler. This little boy is an absolute ray of sunshine. My ray of sunshine. In the midst of long days and ‘terrible 3’s’ this little dude is such joy. He hugs and kisses, with the biggest, most open mouth kisses that’s so precious. I love him to pieces! He loves music and still rocks out when he hears a tune. He claps when songs are over and when Tommy is done singing “You are my sunshine” to him. He loves a good stroller ride, the park, slides, and swings. HE LOVES the swings! He is a carnivore. He loves every meat he’s been given (doesn’t get that from me). That’s his main diet, mainly because I can’t get him to eat much else. He wouldn’t eat fruit for the longest time, until he discovered whole bananas and watermelon.
My friend took these One Year pictures last weekend. Everything seemed to go wrong, BUT we still got a few cute pictures. First, he was crying on the way to the park (just wanting out of his car seat) so his face was all splotchy and red. Then the WIND….ugh…there’s always wind in Amarillo. The balloons were blowing everywhere. I wanted him to be barefooted in the pictures but Tyler didn’t like the grass. We finally got him happy where he was playing with the balloons and then…pop went a balloon. That was a good long cry. THEN, we got a few pictures of him on the chair, then he almost fell off the chair…another good long cry. Tommy wouldn’t smile because HE wanted to sit on the chair AND the green balloons had just flown away. Sooo…this is what we have of his One Year Pictures (good times)
