Ok, it's not our whole life but definitely a large part of it!
Top Reasons Why Golf is Our Life Now
*Along with Tommy's real clubs (he calls them by name-driver, putter....), he has foam balls everywhere in our house, an indoor golf mat/ tee, and a return putting green
*Mimi and Papa have been golfing more and take Tommy to an actual course when we come down
(When Mimi invited us to Houston over the phone, last weekend, she told Tommy he could go golfing. Then Tommy came up an inch to my face, patted my cheeks, and said "golfing with Mimi? golfing with Mimi?" How can you say no to that?)
*Matt's always loved golf and now has new clubs
*The weather is perfect for the driving range (where we are every Saturday morning)
*Tommy will watch the Golf Channel with intense concentration, letting the player know when he's 'wacked it' (on a drive) or 'missed it!' (on a put)
*Tommy absolutely loves it and has a great swing (video below-sorry it's horizontal)
-At least once a day Tommy asks if we can go to the driving range. He now knows Saturday's our the driving range days. It really is a natural passion/obsession....that I suppose we are helping to sustain...a little ;). And I'm perfectly happy doing it because he has so much fun playing.
Enjoy!

30 weeks update- My doctor's appointment went great. My glucose test was fine, my blood pressure is fine, and even my iron was decent (despite wanting to chew ice). He asked me how much Tommy weighed (7.5lbs.) and then he said, for about that size baby, you should be measuring about 29 centimeters. He put the tape measure over my belly and smiled, saying, "Perfect-29 centimeters." He called me a textbook pregnancy and I really try not to take that for granted. I feel truly grateful and blessed to be healthy and that the baby is healthy so far.
